Customer Success Manager

A Customer Success Manager is someone that will prioritize creating and producing long-term relationships with clients. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services and provide support to the team when needed.

In this role, excellent communication skills are key. You should be able to grasp the needs of the client and find ways to fulfill them. A background in customer service and knowledge of our industry will be a huge plus point!

Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain, renew and upsell our customers,

Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships and handle clients' business needs.
  • Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied and renew clients and also to discover upselling opportunities.
  • Acting as the point of contact for complaints and escalate issues accordingly.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner.
  • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services.
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
  • Analyze and study campaign performance and look for ways to improve results.
  • Creating reports and working with the Sales Development Representative team.

Qualifications

  • Has experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager.
  • Has a background in customer service.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Has a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently or with a team
